Privacy Policy

When you use Nudge Together, we collect and store the following information:

• Your phone number
• Your name or nickname within a group (if provided)
• Your timezone preference
• The content of your text messages (used to respond to commands and track completions)
• Group reminders, todo lists, and completion records
• Timestamps of your interactions (message sent/received times, consent date)
• Location data — only if you explicitly share it via a location-sharing link (optional, never automatic)

We only send SMS/text messages after you explicitly opt in by replying YES to our consent prompt. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Nudge Together, including group reminders, accountability nudges, and todo notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp in our system. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Your data is used solely to provide the Nudge Together service:

• Sending you group reminders and accountability nudges via SMS
• Tracking reminder completions for your group
• Managing shared group todo lists
• Responding to your commands (DONE, TODOS, LIST, SWITCH, etc.)
• Sharing your location with your group admin — only when you tap a location-sharing link you received and choose to submit

We do not use your data for marketing or advertising.

Nudge Together is a group service. When you complete a reminder or add a todo item, that activity may be visible to other members of your group and to the group admin. Your phone number is not shared with other group members — only your name or nickname is used in group notifications.

Message logs are retained for service operation and troubleshooting. Reminder and todo data is kept while you are an active group member. If you unsubscribe (reply STOP), your account is deactivated but your data is retained in case you re-subscribe (reply START). Group admins may delete groups and associated data from the web dashboard.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your messages are processed by the following services solely to deliver the Nudge Together service:

• Twilio — SMS/text message delivery
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Natural language parsing of your messages

Reply STOP to any SMS/text message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS/text messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START.
