Opt-in & consent

Nudge Together is a recurring automated SMS/text message accountability service. Before anyone receives messages, they must explicitly opt in:

  1. A group admin adds a member's phone number.
  2. The member receives an invite SMS explaining what they are opting into.
  3. The member replies YES to confirm. No messages are sent until they do.

By opting in, members agree to receive:

  • Group reminder SMS/text messages
  • Accountability follow-ups for unacknowledged reminders
  • Todo list notifications (if enabled by the admin)
  • Replies to commands and messages
