How to Use Nudge Together
Everything happens over text message. Your group admin manages reminders and members from the web dashboard — you just reply.
Getting Started
1. Joining a Group
Your group admin adds your phone number to the group. You'll receive an invite text explaining what you're signing up for. Reply YES to join. Until you reply YES, no messages will be sent to you.
2. Receiving Reminders
When a reminder fires, your whole group gets a text. Reply DONE when you've completed it — your group admin will see it.
If you don't respond, you'll get one follow-up nudge. After that, the reminder moves on automatically.
3. Being in Multiple Groups
If you're a member of more than one group, you can switch which group your replies go to using the SWITCH command.

For Group Admins
Creating Your Group
Sign up at nudgetogether.com/signup to create your account and first group. You'll set a group name and timezone — your members don't need accounts.
Adding Members
From your dashboard, enter a member's phone number to send them an invite text. They'll need to reply YES before they receive any reminders. You can add up to 10 members per group.
Creating Reminders
Reminders are created from the dashboard. Set a title, date, time, and optional recurrence (daily, weekly, monthly). When the reminder fires, every active member of the group gets a text.
You can also create personal reminders that go only to you, not the full group.
Seeing Completions
When a member replies DONE, you'll receive a notification text showing who completed what. The dashboard also tracks completion history for each reminder.
Privacy & Opting Out
Unsubscribing
Any member can reply STOP at any time to immediately stop all messages. Reply START to re-subscribe. Group admins can also remove members from the dashboard.
Your Data
Your phone number is used only to send and receive SMS messages for your group. We don't sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
