Terms & Conditions

Nudge Together is a recurring automated SMS/text message group accountability service. Group admins create reminders and todo lists for their group; members receive SMS/text message nudges and reply to confirm completion. The service is operated by Path Six Solutions.

By replying YES to our consent prompt, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Nudge Together at the phone number you provided, including group reminders, accountability nudges, and todo notifications. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Message frequency varies based on the reminders and routines your group admin creates. You will receive:

• SMS/text messages when group reminders are scheduled to fire
• Follow-up nudges if a reminder goes unacknowledged
• Notifications when group todo items are added or completed (if enabled by your admin)
• SMS/text message replies to your commands

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS/text message from Nudge Together. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS/text messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Available commands: DONE, TODOS, LIST, SWITCH, STOP, HELP.

You join a group by invitation from a group admin. By accepting an invitation (replying YES), you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Nudge Together on behalf of that group. You can leave a group at any time by replying STOP or by contacting your group admin.

Location sharing is strictly optional and never automatic. You will only share your location if you tap a location-sharing link sent by your group admin and explicitly submit your location on that page. Location data is stored and shared with your group admin only.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining a valid phone number. Nudge Together is an accountability tool and should not be relied upon as your sole source of scheduling for critical events.

Nudge Together is provided as-is and is currently in beta. We make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
